1. just drop a 15 pound weight on your wrist (the thumb side) 13 times and around 8 or 9 you should feel this sort of twitch (you might here a pop or snap this will be your bone cracking, but don't stop just yet) and it should go numb and get really swollen it should also be hot and when you touch it it. if you it might take more then 13 times.
this has worked for 3 people.
2. first get a bucket of cold water and fill it with a shit load of ice.
then dip your arm in until you can't feel it anymore (this will hurt a bit but afterwards NO PAIN.. kinda) so bend your hand backwards (90 degrees, like for a high five) and 'fit it' into a table edge so that the table top is against the back of your hand and the side is against your wrist.
get a hammer (or something like a hammer) aim right under your thumb and in the place in your palm were you're supposed to fall on when you actually break it accidentally. make sense?
when u start to feel pain just dip it back in the water.. it both eases the pain and makes it numb again.
then start slamming your palm (again, the area you're supposed to fall on) against the floor and ran past a wall holding my wrist so it smacked into the wall.
then, once you literally cant move your wrist and cant touch the areas around the base of your thumb (both on the palm and back of your hand) then you have most likely done it. this should take about 20 mins, this has worked for 2 people.
3.take a bag of ice, (about 10 cubes of ice) let it sit on your wrist for about 5 minutes so its just numb, set your wrist under a large table, (something heavy maybe a table or couch or large bench) lift it with your opposite arm or shoulder then move your shoulder or arm away leaving your wrist under there, repeat till you hear a pop or feel a snap, this takes about 5 minutes, this has worked for 2 people.
